When I discovered a bird problem, I called several pest control companies on a Sunday because I wanted it dealt with as quickly as possible. Kevin was the first to get back to me, and even though he wasn't working that day, he went out of his way to fit me into his schedule and came that same day. The other companies either didn't respond as quickly or couldn't come for days, or even weeks. That has also been my experience with other pest control companies in the past. There's almost always a long wait, even when you want the problem taken care of immediately.
What really stood out was how thorough he was. I originally called because birds were getting into my roof, but Kevin didn't just focus on that issue. He inspected the entire property, checked for signs of mice and other pests, and made sure any potential entry points were sealed, even ones unrelated to the reason I called. It was obvious he genuinely cared about preventing future problems, not just fixing the immediate one.
He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and even came back afterward to make sure everything was working properly and that there were no issues.
I've used several pest control companies over the years, and none have been as thorough, reliable, knowledgeable, or responsive as Kevco Pest Control.
